Wall painting from the Church of the East temple at Qocho (Khocho) near Turfan in Xinjiang, dated by the museum to 683 to 770, showing a robed priest holding a vessel and censer before three worshippers holding branches, probably a Palm Sunday rite. Now in the Ethnological Museum, Berlin.
