Two Nestorians in London: Priest Yohanan and Deacon Isaac, 1862
Wood-engraved portraits of two Nestorian (Assyrian) visitors to London, captioned "Priest Yohanan (John)" and "Deacon" Isaac (the Syriac form of his name is partly illegible in the scan), at the Strangers' Home for Asiatics in Limehouse. The paper's supplement carried an account of their journey and of the Nestorian church.
