Patriarch Moran Mar Ignatius Zakka I Iwas, smiling and holding his staff, greeted by several hundred Syriac Orthodox faithful on arrival at Twente airport in the east of the Netherlands. Trouw noted he was heavily guarded during the visit after threats against his life.
