Dr. Abraham K. Yoosuf in US Army uniform

Date

1910s

Head-and-shoulders portrait of Dr. Abraham K. Yoosuf (1866–1924), a major in the United States Army, in uniform and peaked cap. He was a member of the Assyrian American delegation to the 1919 Paris Peace Conference; the uniform suggests a date around the First World War.
